Throughout her 20+ year banking career, Carmen has held key leadership roles in various areas of banking, including wealth management and private banking. She has been accountable for line of business P&L, mergers and acquisitions, distribution channels and sales.

Her passion is integrating companies and bringing out the best in terms of people, process, and culture. In her last banking role, she was the Chief Retail Banking Officer where she was accountable for a team of 1200+ teammates.

Carmen’s role at Wilkerson Advisory Group is to lead the day-to-day operations of the firm. This entails the oversight and advancement of finance, marketing, human resources, technology and compliance - all of which is centered on the delivery of an exceptional advisor and client experience.
